''REd Teachers is a wonderful agency for which to work. From day one they offered support and guidance. In addition to getting me an interview they also arranged for somewhere for me to stay when I went down for the interview.

In particular Chris Davis was a huge help both in preparing me for the interview as well as after I got the job. Throughout the course of my time at the school Chris kept in touch. Getting used to the UK Education system can be difficult if you don't have proper support. There are lot of changes in the way lessons are taught and the marking assessment criteria. It took a little while but I did eventually get used to the system and you will too. Don't let it deter you. In fact I find I have learnt a lot from my experience in the UK and will be able to use my knowledge and resources in the future.
